It is purely the question of what is right and wrong to say to be honest. I learned that not all of us are the same and expects everybody to be like us. Fair enough its the age of meritocracy and achievements that will be the measuring tape for success but give it a break to the young folks who never had any experience to start with. The way i look at it, the young kids should have a taste in what life is all about first before they can even gain any experience in the real world. The first experience should be the stepping stone…its all about the learning curve…you gotta be both book smart and street smart in order to survive nowadays. Thats always been my sentiment. I’ve learned this ever since i was a kid. Its a tough and uncompromising world out there and nobody is giving you a bloody care if you start slacking off.
But some people also need some sort of motivation to go on carry the good work. Its like a carrot and the bunny. People need acknowledgement and appreciation of what they did no matter how minimal the success they have achieved. That little extra push at the back could go a long way in the end…its not about you achieve now…its about what you reap later that counts. Pin pointing, blaming and demotivating people is not the right thing to do for underachievers…instead we should always support them no matter what…we all live in some sort of institutions / organizations. Hence teamwork is always important in order for that institution / organization to be successful.
I could go on and on about this. This topic is endless…i’m just basically ranting out. Guess work and the surrounding is getting into me again….hence…i need that long vay kay again….Stressed!
