Living The Moment

Archive for October 2008

I have been guilty for not posting as much lately and i have a perfectly good reason why i was AWOL. Thats because my mate from UK came over to visit me for 3 weeks and time does not permit me to spend in front of the PC / Laptop that much. Plus i had no internet connection for weeks on end as well. So most of my thoughts went away just like that without me being able to put it up in this blog.

Anyway, Liverpool FC chalked up another victory last night against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. That allowed the Reds to keep their unbeaten streak in all competition this season. Something very impressive and puts Liverpool on top of the Premier League. (and lets just hope it stays like that until the rest of the season)

Alonso put Liverpool ahead in the 10th minute after his shot was deflected into the net by Bosingwa. Gerrard, Kuyt, Babel (who came on later in the 2nd half) and Riera all had chances to put the game to bed and they had shots off targets and saved by Cech in the Chelsea defense. Chelsea never looked like they’re going to score apart from Ashley Cole’s wide effort although they controlled most of the proceedings. Kudos to the Liverpool backline marshalled by Carragher, Agger, Arbeloa and Aurelio who made Chelsea’s attack so normal. We had to work ahrd in the end to keep the scoreline intact. But then again, we all have to work hard until the end of the season anyway if we’re gonna have any chance of winning the title this year. Next game…Pompey at Anfield…YNWA!

Thats my goal – Alonso claimed the only goal Vs Chelsea at the Bridge

Ten 2 Five is a band from Indonesia. I heard of their song “You” a couple of years back and recently i just their album. I never thought their songs are awesome. The whole acoustic ensemble and raw voice of the lead vocalist just mesmerizes me sometimes. So good to listen to at night and the kinda music you would definitely appreciate listening to LIVE!

I am just doing a bit part of introducing them to you if you havent heard of them before…i would definitely highly recommend them if you wanna take a break from the heavy hard core stuff that you always listen to. Try to be versatile… čÖé
